The Achilles Heal

Sometimes referred to as the winkest link in your arsenel. Or when it comes to athletic or any other type of competition its the part of the body that breaks down the quickest.

And this week out of nowhere (20 years of running with various athletic endeavors) I was lucky enough to hurt my achilles. I knew it as soon as I stepped on the Field. I played anyway and ironically I played pretty well.

But i believe this is where the terminology comes from. And if I don't rest up and heal this thing.
Its going to turn out to be my achilles heel.
